Day 209 – 365 / July 28th 2015

What magnificent plumage and in such fabulous colours! Claret and amber always grabs my eyes.

I’ve often considered keeping a few hens over the past few years. I think it would be quite nice to have them in a safe pen in my garden and to be able to enjoy the odd fresh egg or two that, with luck, they’d lay. Obviously, I’d get ones that had the correct claret and amber colourings and, possibly, I’d give them Bradford City related names.
