Day 156 – 365 / June 5th 2015

Friday. A pleasant evening. A “dog friendly” pub about 15 minutes walk away. Why not take a stroll?

Here we are; Bethany leading the way with Maggie The Mini Schnauzer, closely followed by Elphie The Mini Schnauzer pulling Sarah along as she attempts to get to the front. Liam is next and, behind the iPhone, is myself.

Our destination was “The Cock Of The North” at Hipperholme. I have driven past it many times since this small micro-brewery and adjoining bar was opened a few years ago but, until this evening, have never visited. It is a small and welcoming bar with an array of fine locally brewed ales and beers. I liked it, a did the two mutts.

We will return!
