Day 13 – 365 / January 13th 2015

What is this? I hear you cry.

Let me enlighten you. Tonight was “Puppy Party” night for our newest recruit, Elphie The Puppy Mini Schnauzer, at our veterinary surgery. And, after an initial briefing and before the pups were let loose, we were shown the vet facilities. In the recuperating area was a row of hooks on which were hanging various sizes of those plastic cones that dogs and cars wear to prevent them from worrying at wounds while they heal. Of course, those plastic cones also serve another purpose; namely to make the animal look silly.

Anyway, the hooks also contained an array of different sized muzzles. Some of which make today’s picture.
