Day 8 – 365 / January 8th 2015

After the emotion of yesterday’s events and the images I created in recognition of them, my image for day 8 is rather less poignant and rather more mundane. Today you have my exciting shed. It is said that  every great man must have a shed. Or was it every shed must have a great man? Maybe it was neither.

Whatever it is, or may not be, here is my shed.

The original image on my iPhone is in colour and was taken against a bright blue sky but I quite like the drama of this monochrome version better. The tree behind it looks fab at all times of year; whether in the skeletal starkness of winter or when in full leaved glory of summer. It’s autumnal foliage is striking too.
