Day 172 – 365 / June 21st 2015

Fathers Day today.

My lovely daughter, Bethany, bought me this magnificent journal which I hope to fill with lots of notes, anecdotes, phrases and snippets of wisdom and great writing for my novel. That’s my hope anyway and, with this fine notebook, I feel re-enthused for my writing of “The Kerning”.

Bethany also gave me a terrific, vintage jacket. She knows I love to wear a jacket, wearing one makes me feel smarter, more accomplished and happier (plus they have handy pockets in which to carry bibs and bobs in), and I wore my new old jacket this evening when we went for a meal.
