Have you spotted a recurring theme in the 36 images thus far in my project?

Of course you have, you’re sharp eyed and intelligent. Several, well, maybe more, of my images feature Bradford City FC – my beloved City. It is something that I have cared about, agonised and argued about, wept with despair and joy over, adored, loved and loathed for just shy of 35 years; no wonder many of these images feature my club.

Today’s image is a section of one of the nine tickets I ordered just yesterday for our forthcoming FA 5th round tie at home to Sunderland. As it is a cup game, the away following (around 4,200 fans) have been allocated the Midland Road stand at Valley Parade and, as I have me seat in that stand for every league game, I have to move seats. So, the tickets are for the Kop – just behind the goal. Surprisingly, the tickets arrived today in the post. It seems from reports, that we sold over 12,000 tickets yesterday alone. It’s going to be a big crowd for the game.

So, think of me on Sunday 15th February as I spend part of Valentines weekend with an old sweetheart of mine.
